    The best man in the world to get a slice from is Mr. Sano very nice man and great pizza at excellent prices don't forget your cheesy garlic bread

    Frank, the proprietor and chef, has worked in this small place for over 50 years. The results of his life work can be described as one of the very best thin crust pizzas in the Chicago area. Frank and his restaurant are old school. He works hard and has focused on his craft. An excellent pizza is a given. It's a treat to enjoy the work of a lifetime, compliments of an old friend I met half a century ago.

    The pizza is amazing. Just the right amount of toppings. The crust is thin and crispy. The Italian sausage is home-made and great.
    The people are really nice.
    The interior has an old times feel, but clean.
    I will return!

    CAUTION: I'm knocking a start off for the fact that they charge a fee for using a credit card. It seemed to be pretty significant.

    Bicycling: Elston and Lawrence's both have bicycle lanes. It's very accessible by bicycle. There are old parking meters to lock your bicycle.

    Always had great pizza from here. Homemade sausage is delicious! A favorite is the Italian beef and Giardiniera pizza. Football pizza is great for a party and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Highly recommended!
