(January 7, 2019, 2:30 am)As a poke bowl was merely the combination of raw fish and fresh vegetables, the ingredients and the sauce play the critical roles to the quality of the food. And in Pokework, everything was quite bright and lovely. The way the customers can freely use their creativity to make a the poke was brilliant. A bowl of all ingredient with the cubes of tender salmon and ponzu sauce was fantastic. Service was quick and friendly.
