Went here for a wristband deal and everything was awesome but the manager was just a b****.. I asked to talk to her and she never wanted to come out, it took 3 times asking. In the end our party was satisfied and taken care of, shuffle board is lots of fun, and TVs everywhere for all your sports needs
Recently became quite the Duke fan since I'm working on a certificate from there. Couldn't really find a good place to catch a game though as most sports bars are geared towards the Chi pro teams and Big 10. Thought this was quite an innate concept to push towards the ACC conf. and pay homage to the Duke UNC rivalry. Good vibes from this place. Seems heavily Duke fan populated from 2 visits so far can't complain !
Seating fills up quick so plan to get there slightly early for the big games. Food is legitimately authentic Southern I can attest to that from living in Bama for a number of years. They got there fried chicken and fried pickles down to perfection like Clemson's 15-0 season. Deep. Fried. Oreos. Buzzer Beater March Madness next level ! Staff is pretty chill and attentive , they got some good arcade fun in the back with some hoop action. Lastly they keep drink specials dominant like Coach K's winning record dominant $3 gin & tonics on Saturdays.
Great atmosphere, really fun trivia. Wings and fries were just ok 6/10, the servers/bartenders were very busy and overwhelmed by the looks of it. But the price is right for beers on those specials nights!
