Had two slices, cooked hot when I walked in!

Great service, above and beyond expectations. What started off as a bad experience, turned around completely. I placed an online order around 10pm, received a confirmation page with I believe a 90 min ETA, and continued on with my night. About 40 minutes later, I checked my email to see what the ETA was for my pizza and saw an "Order Failure Notice" and it told me to call the store. I called the store and they jumped on it immediately, apologized for the issue, asked what I had ordered and said they would get it to me right away. About 10 minutes later the manager called me and said that the system was down and apologized for the issue. He said that even though my credit card had been charged, that charge would go away the next day, but they would deliver my pizza free of charge for the inconvenience. They just asked me to tip the driver. My pizza arrived to my door about 15 minutes later putting the total time it took at around an hour which was less than the 90 minutes originally given.

Above and beyond expectations from Jet's. I honestly was not expecting it and did not believe them when they said the charge would be removed but I checked my card this morning and it is no longer there. Great service and oh yea, great pizza too! Thanks

Aside from the most flavorful pizza ever, this place has the most incredible staff who never fail to deliver some of the highest level service. I haven’t met a single employee here who didn’t have a beautiful radiant smile every time I walk in the door. Every employee and even up to management embodies excellence and a beautiful spirit. They continually go above and beyond the call of duty to fill my every little need... before I ask. Way more than your average pizza place. If I could give six stars ...I absolutely would.
