    I've been going since I was a little guy growing up on the west side of Chicago. My dad drove the CTA bus for over 35 yrs and new the owners and the people who worked there. The hot dogs and fries have always been amazing. I'm 45 and just graduated to getting a polish ????????????. Great, quick service

    They have polish, hotdogs and it come with fries. Tamales. Always fresh. Fast service. Love it!

    I personally like the old school dog stands and the characters that visit. Might be too rough of an area for the squeamish, but hey this is what the city was before everybody was trying to upgrade and gentrify it. Reasonable price for good chicago food. I got the polish and although it was not like the classic Maxwell St. One it was still great.

    Great Polishes and Dogs for a great price! They have been around since I was a little boy and nothing has changed. Some of the workers are still there. Even the guy selling socks from the side counter is still there! I Love the consistency and I Love their Polishes! The 2 lines may look long sometimes but they don't mess around. They get you in and out of there quickly! And oh yeah importantly. No Ketchup Please!

    Not exactly sure what all the hype is about. Tasted like a regular hot dog. Fries are thick cut and pretty greasy. If you’re in the area and want some thing fast and cheap it’s one possible option of many. Definitely would not go out of my way for these. I would honestly prefer a nice hot shower steak.
