Quick service. And cheap snacks. Plenty of panhandling at the door.

We eat here all the time, but the franchisee just decided on this most recent visit that there are no free drink refills, and that refills are $1.00 - which is pretty obnoxious when a large drink costs $2.95. We eat here every week or so, and it's short-sighted decisions like this one that cause long time customers to choose other places. A good friend of mine termed this "Excel thinking" - where a spreadsheet causes a business to make decisions based on incomplete data; and the spreadsheet doesn't have a column that shows customers who no longer visit the business because of this sort of thing. As it is, I took away a star from my review because of this.

Update: They got rid of the no refill policy!

It’s across street from rail transit station. Apparently not so good a neighborhood or clientele — washroom’s locked. Must ask to be buzzed in. Annoying but okay.
Usually chicken at all Popeyes locations is equally good but here one fried breast was tough and one was watery inside. I’m no expert but think they needed a few more minutes cooking. Hard to find parking space even though there’s a parking lot right in front.
