Great neighborhood sushi/Japanese food restaurant. The owner is super nice and the staff is pretty great. I tend towards the cooked foods so I thought the steak was excellent. The sushi is fresh and tasty too.

For what you pay the sushi is great and the service is too. Don't put it on oar with more expensive places just judge it for what it is and you'll be satisfied. It's also byob.

Hands down friendliest staff ever and FRESHEST sushi. Everyone we've had was so kind and accomodating... with so many other sushi spots in the area to try, this place is still better than them all.
It's got the reputation and consistent excellence every time :)

The most underrated Sushi restaurant in Chicago! Don't miss their Flaming Runa, a mouth watering roll that's grilled, I believe. Forget your boogie stance on cooked sushi. This one is a big winner! The sashimi is fresh, and the service is always fantastic.
