(January 25, 2019, 8:25 am)Customer service was lackluster, even if an employee doesn't like their job, fake it with the customer (me). The rice was not completely done and some ingredients on the line appeared dry and unappetizing. Cleanliness was tops. The hood filters were being disassembled for cleaning.

(January 11, 2019, 2:10 pm)Despite Chipotle's struggles over the last 2 years, I'm a loyal fan. I personally haven't had a bad experience and the food is great. I'm actually excited for the future of Chipotle, though the new bowls they released deserve an eye roll (I'm looking at you Paleo bowl).
Tip: next time there's an outbreak, offer free burritos. You did it once Chipotle and I'd like you to do it again. I hope there won't be an "again" but let's be real ???? I've yet to let an outbreak keep me out of Chipotle -
