Great comfy large tobacco leather seats. Gold trim modern but 80s decor blended into 2019. Hexagon white tile marbled with grey accents. Enthusiastic staff and relax fun atmosphere. You'll have a terrific time here.

Awesome bar! Wife and I had a couple drinks there recently while staying across the street at the Swisse. Bartenders have Chicago-Attitude , not a bad thing. I was born in Chicago so I get it, out of towners might be put off. Its a snarky I'll help you but watch your step kinda thing, you gotta be in control of your bar. Stupid folks, wedding parties probably come in and need the tone set. My wife is a born/bred suburban chick so she thought the bartender hated us. We chatted with him a bit and once he realized we were not douche-bags he treated us like returning regulars.
I'd definitely go back, I'd love to see how they deal with real A-Bags! :)

The food is actually pretty good, that would be 4 stars. I usually don't let bad service affect my rating but it was truly just incredibly slow. We thought they forgot about us. Also, it was terribly cold and the vents were blowing out cold air for a while...

Went for lunch and had a Tap Burger and house chips. Chips were poor in taste. Tangy with to much seasoning and had to get the fries which were better. Burger was good. Decent size and tasty but for $21 it was not what I expected.
