Angelo's Wine Bar

Nice ambiance, good selection of wines, fairly nice staff (some unnecessary sarcasm thrown in their mix).
The owner takes his Italian heritage quite seriously and funnily! We had tried their Formoggio Pizza at the restaurant, which they claimed to be their signature pizza, and absolutely loved it. The next time we ordered it over the phone, and the owner took a good number of minutes to explain why he wouldn't be able to deliver that particular pizza to even two blocks away- the reason being cheeses would be messed up if not served immediately. Long story short, they do good!

Incredibly impressed. Went here for restaurant week and the service and food could not have been better. The sommelier was superb. We will definitely be back

First thing First, the food was amazing! Brunch, breakfast pizza,avocado toast, spinach caesar salad,cocktails ,beer and wine. Beautiful and cozy place. Service was impeccable ,Krista is awesome, she was very helpful with wine and food pairing, patient, friendly and a lot of fun. The best customer service I have received in a long, long time.Just everything on point! My new favorite restaurant!

Been here twice now, and the service has been good, the food and wine selection even better. The decor is elegant but not to the point where casual dress is an issue. In the summer they have a nice patio and they often have the front opened. On our last visit however, we were swatting away gnats or fruit flys the entire night. Not exactly the experience we were hoping for when buy dinner and while bottle of wine. In my experience, if there are bugs inside a restaurant cleanliness should be in question. I hope to up this to a 4 or 5 star bug free experience. Our first visit was stellar, even was approached by the owner who gave us a free desert and made us feel very welcome. We will be back for another try.
