    The cashiers were nice and professional. The food was fresh and made to order. Enough sauce and tasted great. I’m glad someone at my nail shop recommended this place.

    The food is good. If you have an hour to wait for it then go for it. If you are on a schedule, don’t. The service is slow, but the food is good.

    Better than that other popular chicken place. Excellent customer service. The food is always freshly cooked and prepared.

    Coops blows Harold's out the water for me when I compare the two, though your experience with Harold's will depend on the location. Most of the Harold's by me have lost their spark and for a little more money, I can get a good special on chicken that isn't overcooked and I am not given small pieces of chicken. Their fries are pretty good also. Customer service is great the times I've gone.
