(January 7, 2019, 2:48 am)Any places that sells Dad's Root Beer is winning if you ask me. Eclectic vegan joint in Chi Town offers the feels of a cool cafe that the urbanite would bring the family to. Food was excellent as well as the service. I hope I have an opportunity to try some other great things on the menu.

(December 14, 2018, 11:32 pm)One of my favorite places! I love that the guys make me coffee anytime I ask. Even when they are close to closing. I'm pretty sure I have had everything on the menu. My favorite things are the po' boy and the upstream burger. I'll pair either of those with coffee or Joe's Tea. If I'm extra hungry, I'll get tots and a slice of cake or a cookie.
Pro tip, get to know the owners. They're cool guys. -

(November 21, 2018, 1:36 pm)Easily my favorite diner in Chicago. I'm lactose intolerant, so finding places to eat where I don't have to suffer is difficult to come by. The artwork is adorable, staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations, and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.
The cashew mac and cheese is my favorite dish, and they carry some delicious Dad's root beer.
They also have a bookshelf by the bathrooms with games, so needless to say, this diner has way more to offer than just tasty food.
