    Been going here for the past 4 years, the service here is not that bad although the wait time is a little much sometimes; that being said, they have the option of ordering through phone or text, and it definitely beats the wait line. They have a huge menu with lots of options and decent prices and sizes, I’ve never had an issue with the food. The one other down side is that the place can be kind of messy and even dirty sometimes, good thing they don’t force ya to stay.

    My family and I visited on a Saturday around 4pm it's usually packed but surprisingly not today. This is our favorite ice cream shop, the snacks are really delicious. I read about the bad customer service and extra charge for lids or cup holders but we didn't experience any of that. On the contrary they were really helpful and polite!
