Love the restaurant chain this particular location was just okay...
Service was just okay food still tasted great.
Could have been cleaner server could have been more attentive. The restroom most definitely subpar.

The pizza was just what we expected on our getaway. The server was less than pleasant. She wasn't directly rude, but her social/ customer service skills need work. Using more words than just grabbing a plate is better. But Chicago experience we wanted and being from Cincinnati, we got the good stuff! Just work on being friendlier. People drive for four hours to eat your pizza. It's an experience for us, maybe she forgot.

The best pizza I've ever had in my life.
The deep dish one is not too salty , I just can't stop chewing, really enjoy the way it against my teeth. Highly recommend the pineapple and ham.

I absolutely love love love Giordano's pizza! I have tried anything else on their menu but the pizza. They are a little pricey. I think they should have more promotions, such as if you by a large pizza get a dessert free. You may get % off coupons from time to time if you sign up for their emails.
