    Customer service was good. But my chicken was not hot. It seemed like it had been sitting for a little while.

    Always fresh and they give you your money's worth even if it is a little high.
    You will not believe this level of authenticity and quality is being made and served right here.
    Sometimes its a long wait but it's worth the WAIT.

    Officially supplants Popeyes as the best chain fried chicken in my book. Spicy chicken is super tasty, I never get bad or "old" chicken (Popeyes you know what I'm talking about). And the service is great, something I rarely say about any other chain.
