(January 21, 2019, 8:13 pm)The service was slow, but I think that is part of the experience here. They want you to enjoy your meal and take your time. They have a decent wine selection. The bread that comes out before the meal is delicious. We ordered the beef tenderloin and the bolognese. The beef was not hot when it arrived, but otherwise tasted good. It came with artichoke hearts that were way too oily, but otherwise good. The bolognese was outstanding. We also ordered dessert. The creme brulee was alright - nothing special, but good. The "ricotta cheesecake" was horrible. It was like hot, mealy ricotta cheese. Avoid that dessert please! Overall we had a nice time, but I would not necessarily go back.

(January 20, 2019, 2:17 am)Small local Italian restaurant with excellent food and large portions. It's a small venue so it gets louder the later you go in the evening. Still a great date spot that I highly recommend.
