Not at all the typical Chicago deep dish... And was excellent... Wood stove made great thin crust, nice light sauce and cheese. And kids loved too

These pizzas are so good and so light is hard not to over eat. The variety is great. Service is super fast and friendly.

I just went here the other day and got my FIRST deep dish pizza. SUPER EXCITED. I think I went with the classic large. I'll probably go with a smaller quanity next time. I could barely finish one piece before I felt stuffed. I don't know if this is the BEST deep dish in the city, since it's literally the only deep dish I have ever tried. But I'm into it. I'll definitely be coming back.

Excellent thin crust pie with loads of options available. We were greeted immediately. I can't comment too much on the service since we went early on a Saturday afternoon and there was hardly anyone there. I would definitely recommend this place if you didn't want a traditional deep dish pizza.

I could talk forever on how great Coal Fire pizza is. The food is amazing!! Cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients. The service is outstanding, you'll very seldom have to ask for something. The servers are always close by to address your needs.
We live south of Chicago but will take the trip North to eat here. Actually, we can drive 45 miles. Or pizza, eat dinner and drive home, quicker than staying home and going to a pizza place. They greet you at the door and you feel at home.
If you like thin pizza, with tons of freshness. Then there is none better than Coal Fire pizza!!!
