Staple to the neighborhood.
My father use to be a patron to this place and now I totally admire and visit when I'm in the area . this is a beautiful- family run location.
Emily and angel are stellar workers heres .
They have a well known whiskey collection . But I recommend the seasonal drink such as the Palmer or mule. Also if come with a group , they also have board games or card games to entertain.
My girlfriend introduced me to this bar. It’s been our favorite so far. The neighborhood is great too. Lots of art and graffiti on the walls that everyone can appreciate. It’s the details that matter.
This spot is very cool. If you find yourself in Bridegport check it out. The way everything is laid out is very neat. It has this late 770's early 80's feel with a big side room to dance in. The bar was a bar I didn't see any drinks that blew me away but I sure they can make you any classics you want. I had such a great time there I would definitely go back.
What a weird and wonderful place! It's a delightful mish-mash of styles and vibes, first you enter through a liquor store and arrive into what seems like a classic Chicago wood-paneled dive. If you turn the corner you end up in something that feels more like mid 90's LA shopping mall food court (in a good way). Keep going and you hit a Polish/Korean junk-food kitchen. One of a kind and an experience unlike any other.
The absolute best hole in the wall bar in Chicago. I've been coming here for years and will always continue to come here. Always a great IPA beer selection, awesome cocktails, and the staff is helpful with their recommendations. Maria has become my Korean mother! Definitely a must visit if you're in the area!
