Drew's on Halsted

They are on the verge of being a 4 star, but is falling just a bit short. The course timing was very slow, but better slower than too fast. The duck, lamb and pork chop were ok to good. The cocktails were okay. My bourbon cocktail had a cheap cherry instead of the delicious dark cherry. The white chocolate dark cherry bread pudding was not great, didn't have any white chocolate and lacked cherry's. Has potential but not quite there yet. The appetizers were much too small for the price and quality.

Our favorite restaurant in boystown! We found out about them because they catered a party at the building we live at. The food was fantastic, so we figured we'd give them a try. We loved it. The food was perfection, the service impeccable and the atmosphere charming. Anytime we have out-of-town visitors we bring them to Drew's because we know we won't be disappointed. The martini's are great too!

This is my favorite brunch place - the three dollar mimosas are hard to beat and they're GOOD. So are the 5 dollar sangrias. food is great to. I highly recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Really anything is great here. Bloody Mary bar is fun too!

Did not eat. Only stopped for a quick drink, because we were early for a show. The Bloody Mary bar was awesome. The hostess was unbelievable and very friendly. She even brought us a platefull of appetizer-accompaniments from the Bloody Mary Bar. I would definitely go back and enjoy a great dining experience. I'm sure the food and service would be 5-star. Check Drew's out, I'm sure you will be amazed.

Be sure to make a reservation. The wonderful people at Drew's were able to fit us in at the bar but a reservation would have been better. The food was fantastic and the service was far above the norm.
