The staff was wonderful. The fries c ok old have been hotter and fresh. But over all good!
I came with my daughter, and she and I had an excellent time! Staff was professional and friendly, the staff and the owner are cooler than a fan, and all of them thanked us for our patronage. Our shakes was on point, our food was hot & fresh, and the decor was welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well maintained as well. I will most definitely be a frequent patron to this establishment in the near future!
The best burger value around. $4 will land you a double cheeseburger and fries that can't be beat anywhere in the city. Not much seating inside so takeout or sitting outside when possible is often the best option. Shakes are always a winner as well. My whole family has always been beyond satisfied with both the amazing food and value consistently delivered.
Not a traditional steak n shake, more of a "fast casual" style. Order from a counter, wait for your number to be called, refill your drinks from the fountain. This isn't a bad thing unless you really wanted a traditional sit down experience. Oh, and they serve alcohol too. My order was taken promptly and I waited a reasonable time for my food. The quality of the food is where my experience really shined. Burger hot and juicy, fries fresh and crispy. More than worth the $5 I paid for it. My only criticisms are the dining space being a little small and they are not open 24 hours. Would not stop me from coming back, though.
