(December 31, 2018, 2:59 am)The Red Apple is a hearty buffet for serious eaters. Enjoy Polish favorites - pierogis, sauerkraut, cabbage rolls, plus ham and turkey carved off the bone, schnitzel, fish, veggies, lots of salads, homemade soups and bread, cheeses, fruit and an array of desserts. The staff is friendly and helpful. I strongly suggest wearing elastic waist pants.

(December 9, 2018, 2:31 am)It has actually gained a lot in sophistication without losing any of the "homemade" feeling. I am not much of a meat lover - it's a heaven for one - but I was impressed by the diversity of salad bar and fish choices. Good job, Red Apple!
