The Full Slab

First time experience. Granted, it's new, and still has a few issues to overcome on the preparation side. It reminded me of the too many cooks in the kitchen metaphor. Although I felt like I'd been waiting far too long, I found the clumsy bumbling clamor a bit humorous to behold. I'm sure they'll work that out eventually. I liked their firestix, a french fry alternative bump up. I wasn't impressed with the dry turkey link or the turkey tips. My pulled pork sandwich was a little chewier than expected. I opted for green beans instead of the baked beans. They were good, not overwhelming, but tasty and unique in a way I found distinctly different from others I've had before. I liked the cole slaw which was also distinctly different but a little juicy. I have high hopes for this establishment and I wish them much success. Hopefully they will include forks and napkins with future orders.

Purchased the family Sunday dinner at The Full Slab, 83rd Stony Island, and it was AWESOME! The tips, catfish, and links were the BEST. Staff was GREAT, and the facility and environment is family friendly. GREAT place for a GREAT meal. I will definitely be back, and look forward to catering my meetings with The Full Slab. Thanks so much, we TRULY enjoyed EVERYTHING.., I will spread the word.
