    This restaurant is real gem in rogers park. I had the pork in salsa Verde and my kids ordered the skirt steak that was tender and cooked just how we ordered. The food was delicious. I do recommend this place. Everyone enjoyed the meal. They also have tamales nejos. Corn flat tamales wrapped in banana leaves. They resemble a very thick corn tortilla, but with a very particular flavor. These tamales are traditional dish from Guerrero, Mexico. I will definately go back and try their entire menu.

    What a great restaurant! The food is terrific, great menu and daily specials. Saul, the chef, can prepare anything you ask for. The service is courteous and attentive for everybody and especially friendly to the regulars, of whom there are many (and I am one).

    Words can't describe how much I love this place. Food is delicious, staff is friendly, and prices are great. A+++

    I gave it 5 stars although I've only had the Menudo here, bestest. Also because they offer it on the daily.
    Have had the chips, too, of course. Great chips. Service is spectacular. Super friendly staff. The "mom in the kitchen" of the establishment is always there, on the stove. Excited to try more of her dishes

    Huaraches are good too.

    Strong solid Mexican food at a neighborhood joint. Friendly service, good prices. Modest and laid-back. Thumbs up!
