Giordano's

One can never go wrong ordering at Giordano's in Chicago. The pizza (deep dish and thin crust) and wings are great and full of flavor. The only fault they have is the delivery service. You need to prepare well ahead of time if you want your pizza delivered since deliveries are commonly 2 hours +. If they find a way to rectify this issue, then their output would significantly increase.

This is my absolute favorite Giordano's. Even though the restaurant was crowded on a Saturday night our wait time for a table was about 15 minutes. The appetizers and pizza arrived piping hot. Our waitress was friendly and courteous and she kept our drinks filled. Overall this was an excellent dining experience.

The store Manager actually reached out to me and apologized for this miscommunications so I'm going to try again with great expectations.

store on Cicero is the only Giordano's I have ever had a problem with, last night 1/10/19 I order a couple of personal pizzas as per usual. Of the 3 pizzas 2 were missing the veggies. This has happened once before I called it a fluke. This time I called and received the worst customer service ever from the store. After making we explain everything my order as if I stole the order. She says I can resend your order if you return the order you have. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the first order we figured out what was missing as we ate, now you want me to wait another hour. I called because I see a issue with my weekly hours not this.

what a surprise find near MDW and a nicer, cleaner seat-down option compared to other restaurants in the immediate area. Consistent to the Giordano's menu and had great service, hot, fresh food as ordered. Always receive friendly service as well. Surprisingly fast service for items offered, sometimes deep dish pizza takes a while to cook, but at least they are upfront about the time -- they have a great bar too! Lots of seating and I appreciate the on-site parking lot. 5 stars!

I went to this location after landing at Midway. The restaurant was clean, the food was good. and the beer was cold. My bartender Jocelyn was wonderful! She was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the menu. and made this solo business traveler feel welcome.
