Love eating my French fries from McDonald's all the time

Great food but the lobby isn't the cleanest.

Clean surroundings, fun conversations, looks like a lot of senior citizens gather there to socialize. I enjoyed the environment. Just needed electrical outlets so I could plug in.

I'm sad to to report this about a favorite McDonald's that we've been patronizing for over 14+ years. 17117 Harlem location is where I bring my mother who's a senior and my children since they were grammar school age. There's always a friendly standard McDonald's greeting at the drive up window and friendly smile at the window with the exception of this morning. I understand that anyone can have a bad day. That common courtesy between a patron and store associates is very important for a stores success and the customer's satisfaction. Perhaps further training for this associate is the course of action for management to undertake for I never want anyone to be fired when intervention is a possibility, jobs are hard to come by. The saving grace in this matter was the manager who apologized and I told her I'd be back another day. I won't let this moment take away from the very pleasant experiences my family has had there. I give 4 stars because of management and we will still be customers of your store on 171st and Harlem Ave.
