    Absolutely fantastic South Indian cuisine. We had rhe Ramen Dosa wrap, the Masala Dosa plate, an the Dosa Fritters. There are a variety of tastes that go into these dosas. The Ramen dosa has a surprisingly tasty soy protein, micro greens kimchi, and a heat producing powder and mayo. It all came together and was delicious. The Masala plate was a do it yourself dish with dosa, potato curry, coconut chutney, spicy powder, and a side of sambar soup. This was exquisie and all blended together just right. The fritters were crunchy, tasty, and came with a spicy dip. Just right as an addition to the meal. My only ctiticism is that the dosa were a bit too oily for my taste. You can request less oil when you order and I will the next time. This is a takeout only place and I hope it's here for the long haul. It's in our West Town/Ukrainian Village neighborhood and we really need a great Indian food source like this.

    Met the person on site and he told us how they had figured out a way to make the dosa's crispy even on delivery! wonderful and helpful people!

    Art of Dosa is amazing. I've tried all four dosa wraps, the fries and the soup, and everything was delicious. Very good value for the price, too.

    Excellent perfectly crisped Dosa with nice stuffing. Chatni/Sauces were great too. Fried Idli was delicious too
