I am a personal fan of this franchise, is specially because they got the ice cream going on! I have pretty much only good experiences there. Sometimes things come up, that you can imagine in a place like Dunkin donuts, but for the most part they follow through and what they advertise…
It has very good donuts and coffee. I hope to try the ice cream once. It's a comfortable place to talk with your friends and family.
Because of kosher restrictions, I can only get good fast food at this location and one other in Skokie. This location has done an EXCELLENT job of catering to the the Jewish community while still keeping their prices compatible, (which is a huge challenge!) All of the food is certified Kosher by the Chicago Rabbinic Council including of course, the Baskin Robbins part of it. they come up with creative ways to keep up with the ver changing menus and yet to keep it kosher.
They also do an EXCELLENT job during the peak rush hour morning breakfast time to make sure that they are well staffed and are able to keep the line of cars moving.
It's pretty good. It's a nice quick kosher option. I personally like Lincoln Cafe better. But the that Dunkin is open 24/7 is a plus.
Great location, parking is awesome. I wasn't aware that this location was Kosher and doesn't serve any meat products, so things that would normally come with a sausage are vegetarian sausages. They do however have the Tuna melt which is not carried at most locations anymore. The staff is very friendly and they make great frozen coffees!
