    Food was good, service was slow, however that was because it resulted in super fresh food.

    Better than McDonald's. And if you're a fan of Harold and Kumar then of course you have to check it out at least once.

    Usually good consistent service, sometimes the drive thru gets priority over walk in dine in service. The staff is usually cool and funny. Every now and then they'll throw in a little extra food too. That's one way to keep 'em coming back.

    It's fast food. What do you expect? Customer service here tends to be friendly and prompt. One of the better White Castles around!
