This location is pretty convenient, generally busy. They didn't have the table tents, so they couldn't drop off food at the table; that's fine but they didn't say how to input a number to finish out your order. In general this location has friendly staff and clean facilities. Their food is the normal, but I haven't encountered any mistakes from them.

Ordered in and they are indeed fast (food)! I waited for my friend to place her order and almost as soon as I grabbed a seat, my food was brought to me. Nice staff, especially for such a busy busy location - it's right off of the Chicago redline stop and there's a ton of foot traffic.

McDonald's on State Street is a very convenient American fast food restaurant near Loyola University between the Gold Coast area and the River North neighborhood. The Golden Arches restaurant makes a popular historic landmark on Chicago Avenue for McDonald's foodies. This is a favorite American food for everyone. McDonald's has a drive-thru driveway facility for commuters, drivers, and rush hour customers.

Clean, convenient location near CTA Red Line State Street Subway Station, Retail Stores and John Hancock Building. Fast service due to touchscreens ordering and there was a helpful and alert security guard on site plus police presence outside premises possibly to fend off characters coming off street. Our order was brought to our table matching numbered cue almost immediately.

Great place. Huge lobby. Outdoor patio. Great customer service. Security guards are pleasant and helpful. Great and fast service. Food comes fast and fresh even when its late. Lobby is open all night which is a plus.
