    I tend to eat here late at night, and 2x in a row I came during their posted open hours only to find an employee inside with the door locked. So that docks them points right off the bat. Also there seem to be some training issues -- one of the employees could not ring me up correctly using gift card rewards, twice in a row. Only after I pressed the issue did she get assistance from a co-worker. Otherwise -- when I can get in the front door -- things are ok.

    I order online I ask for my sandwich to be toasted and it wasn’t I give it a 3 because the sandwich was good and had all the toppings just wish it was toasted
