    Its ok..nothing special stands out. Pricing ok, somewhat budgetable. They lack customer service skills, they cited expensive printing cost as to why I couldn't grab a menu to go..go figure..

    I've had the burger, melt and the burrito. They were all great...especially the burger. The fries are wonderfully cooked steak fries which is very rare for this area. Viviana also offers a small area to enjoy your meal, something the previous owner Chicago Way did not offer. Only advice I would offer is
    Start accepting debit and credit cards
    A lot of people in the area do not carry cash because of the area...
