She has gone above and beyond to make sure our experience and product served is always up to her high standards. It is because of her that we will continue to order from this location. (September 14, 2018, 7:04 pm)The staff at Lou Malnati's pizza really took care of me today. I wanted to order a pizza to a friend in Chicago, I'm in San Francisco and they made the process super duper easy. Brandi is the best. I could tell she really went to bat for me to make this long distance lunch happen. Thank you Brandi and everyone else at the Ogden store! Can't wait to try some real Chicago deep dish someday.

(September 9, 2018, 12:17 pm)We pretty much had the place to ourselves in a Tuesday at supper time. We have had Malnati's carryout before. Menu advises correctly to expect deep dish pizza to take 30 minutes. It is worth the wait. I was glad to be able to enjoy one of their specialties: a vegetarian pizza with lots of veggies.
