Reese's Lounge

Casual local's bar. My no alcholic beverage had been "thinned out" but the place was cool. There is also a fast food kitchen there.

Love this place, has a lot of memories for me. First bar my husband took me to when I was younger. Nice crowd/atmosphere.

Cool bar, even for a white guy! I was in there one day when Michael was there! That's right Michael, and I sure don't mean Michael Jackson THEE Michael, his airness!! Always cool and calm older crowd, not exactly my thing, then again neither are the young ones anymore but it's fun and safe. Food is good junk food like people want

Did not like the idea of "My Bar" until going here. 3 drinks ... vodka and tonic... mixed well... for $22. WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT. Service is good- chicken is great. House music is authentic... I'm an ole school disco Househead and the days I catch it is Perfection. I think its Wednesday. Regardless - this place is good. Not creepy or weird... just people chilling. When stressed out I stop in. Don't have to "gear on". Just CHILL. Just come for a drink and not looking for a wife or husband... then you will be ALL GOOD. If you don't like it that means you won't take my seat/spot. Toast!!!

I must comment... I always check washrooms to determine how the general upkeep is. This spot has always been clean. 3 stalls always clean. 2 bottle of soap and rolls of paper that never runs out. Seriously- if I like the washroom and I don't hesitate to speak to managers when dissatisfied- that means it is all good.

We went to the "W" hotel off Lake Shore Drive and Navy Pier area. I complained about their hard beds and told them we will only return for their spa. I say that to point out that this spot is ALL GOOD. The chicken wings are to die for. Expensive drinks? NOT. Go to South Loop and compare their over priced water down drinks. Keep it real. Elsewhere no matter how drinks taste and cost you would by it. This place has stronger drinks FOR LESS- yet we complain. Mmmmmmmmmmmm?

Reese's is a neighborhood lounge that pour stiff drinks and have some good food. Much needed in the area. Usually a older crowd which I prefer.
