    Very slow service...2 people behind the counter and only one person was helping customers and preparing drinks.
    They need to learn better customer service. No reason the other worker couldn't have stopped prepping other things and helped a customer to keep the service flowing!
    2nd time I experienced that kind of customer service at this location, and I happen to be be visiting Chicago. Wonder if that is standard practice.
