Always great and the staff is phenomenal. Great customer service and friendly, welcoming attitudes. There's another just a few blocks away, but they don't compare. Good service there too, but nothing like this location.

Great location with super friendly staff. Around lunchtime during the week be prepared to wait bc it gets super busy. It seems like the employees love their jobs because everyone is always in a good mood and smiling. They could use a bit more seating. Besides that, great place!!!

This Potbelly's is great! I had to order food for our Firm on one of those extreme cold days. They were great with the order and response! And great with set up. I especially appreciate their efficiency on a day that I am sure was busy for them. I also misplaced the receipts for the day and the manager today was able to find it and send it in an email.

Dear folks at Potbelly customer service. I had put two stars down accidentally. I didn't have my photos to add to my review and then I forgot about it. And BTW, I wasn't going to rank the entire store. Only milkshakes which are the best on the planet and at 3.95, the best bargain in the city.

My sandwich and soup were very tasty! I asked for a strawberry shake and they usually give you just one butter cookie on top. I told them how excited I was about my meal and they gave me an extra cookie! And they are amazingly friendly there. I plan on going back again soon!
