Bright. Friendly. I didn't have any of the pastries or baked goods, but they looked delicious. Metropolis coffee and Rishi teas.

The coffee is great, staff is always pleasant and the bagel, bacon, cheese and egg sandwich is very good. I'm sorry they stopped selling omelettes. They were very good. A great addition to Buena Park.

Nice environment and good drinks. Pastries are hit or miss for me - some are excellent (e.g., macaroons) while others I really do not care for. Specifically, a cinnamon roll topped with cheese was a little unusual in flavor, and a crescent shaped ham roll had thin but very tough pastry. It may be more a matter of taste than quality that I have found some of the Venezuelan pastries not to my liking. I'm sure to be back, but will be more careful when choosing pastries.

Oh. My. Goodness. Such a great locally owned gem! Fantastic tea selection (Rishi!) and so many delicious pastries to choose from. Many are of a Venezuelan variety: guava and cheese, ham and their own version of a cinnamon roll that is not too sweet and spiced uniquely. Love! Also, I came here with a sort of last minute order for a bunch of pastries for my office. They took my order and had everything waiting for me the next day. The savory pastries were even still warm!
