Arturo’s Mexican Food (Diversey Ave.)

Great experience. The food was cooked to order so it was super fresh. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the place was very clean inside. Will definitely be going there on the regular.

I had the special
(Potato tacos), they were ok, just wish they came with rice and beans(dinner). I also got 2 tacos, 1pastor, and 1asada, the pastor was very SALTY I couldn't eat it, the asada taco could've been better if the tortilla wasn't dry from them leaving the tortillas on the grill to long!! At these prices I hope they can make corrections, I will try again but if I get pastor salty, or dry tortillas, it will be my last visit

New small restaurant near Harlem and Diversey. This is a cash only eatery. Hoping this will change. Parking in the rear. The service is great. Warm chips and three salsas were served right away. We ordered the three taco dinner with one extra taco to share. The beans are creamy and delicious, rice was very good but I hate Lima beans and there was one in there. Yuk! The chicken tacos were so big! The chicken was very tender but lacked seasoning to me. But adding the red salsa made it almost perfect. My husband loved everything and claimed Arturo’s as his new favorite. Soda is in cans and the brought out cups with ice. Very large menu!

My daughter loved her tacos de al pastor, with specific ingredients, and I enjoyed my torta de mildness.

This place had a lot to prove coming to where taconazo use to be and they did just that! Their food is great! Meat is tender and delicious the Gordita’s got a crispy outside yet soft inside and the tacos are good. Can’t wait to try other things from here :)
