It took me a minute to hop over to Bust Outs (home of the former Mother Clucker's restaurant), but when a new burger joint pops up with a giant inflatable cowboy standing over the restaurant, I have got to go check that out. I placed a to-go order for Sweet Potato fries and their The Loop Burger. It was their burger that seemed like it had the most going on, so I went for it (both are pictured.)
First things first, everything tasted really good. It truly did. You can see from the photo that this burger's stacked with goodness. The only downside is it had a little too much onion, enough where it started calling attention away from the delicious egg and bacon that was on the burger. Also, the sweet potato fries (which I normally don't get, usually a regular fry person, felt like something different today) were only half full! For $6.00 I thought that wasn't the best deal in the place, for sure. Will stick to regular waffle fries from now on. Service was very pleasant! Everything tasted great and will most definitely be back!

Wow. This place was amazing. I had just put it on my list of places to check out a couple days ago and we happened to be driving today. Amazing taste on the green line chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich. Good portion on waffle fries. Angelo, Christina and his team are awesome. Can't wait to go back and taste the fried green tomatoes among the many other offerings available

I stopped in to try Bust Outs due to seeing it on my Instagram feed, and it is on my route home.

Bust Outs is at the intersection of Elston and Foster's busy streets, so timing is critical when coming to this restaurant. I arrived around 8 pm, which afforded me plenty of parking. There is parking in the rear of the restaurant and on side streets, depending on when you decide to come.

I tried their new addition to the menu called the “Loop,” which has two Fresh Angus Beef 5.33oz patty, grilled onions, Merkts Cheddar, Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, and topped with a sunny side egg served in a brioche bun. This is a substantial burger paired with garlic curds and a raspberry peace tea to wash it down. This burger is not for the faint of stomach or wallet since it’s close to a $20 burger.

Another dish I recommend would be their fried breaded artichoke hearts with pub sauce.

The only thing I would like to bring up is that their menu is ala carte and can get pricey quickly if your stomach does the ordering.

The atmosphere here is very friendly and welcoming. Also, the owner, Angelo, comes and checks up on you to ask for your feedback on your meal which translates to a warm and welcoming cashier that handled my order.

Probably the best damn cheeseburger in town. Make sure to try their cheese curds - employees says it’s addictive like heroin. Also try their fried green tomatoes. Service was fast and friendly. Ten out of ten would recommend to anyone.

The owners, Christina and Angelo, are the nicest. I was observing how they interacted with their customers, and they were just so genuinely kind. He shared how much quality of food and cleanliness were super important to them. They didn't disappoint in any of those areas at all. The Chicago "L" cheeseburger was so darn juicy and delicious! Best I have had in this area by far. Those garlic cheese curds were so tasty! So so so pleased. Thanks for opening up and your absolute kindness.
