Chicago Food On The Run

My husband passed away recently.
I needed a place with great food, great location
Etc.. this place was perfect , the food was excellent, the staff was even better..
What I really liked was the outdoor area..

This is a great place ..I pray they grow and grow..

Food and service is definitely amazing. The mixture of the greens and macaroni was good. Prices are good. Good hospitality like you going to your grandmas house for some good ole soul food.

I ate there for the first time today after I heard about them this morning, the way she was talking about them I had to go see for myself I had the Pot roast, greens and sweet potatoes, and banana pudding. I thank the cook cause this was the best tasting food I had in a long time eating out ,it was so good like my grandma was the cook, and they give you nice Portions. Delicious food , y’all must try them out ???

I HAVE BEEN HERE AT LEAST 4/5 TIMES. EACH TIME I ORDERED 6 DINNERS. EACH TIME EVERY DINNER WAS VERY GOOD TO ME AND THE OTHER PEOPLE FOR WHOM I BOUGHT DINNERS. THE PEOPLE IN THE FRONT THAT TAKE THE ORDERS ARE EXTREMELY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!!! THE FOOD IS ALWAYS PIPING HOT, VERY TASTEFUL AND THE PRESENTATION IS ON POINT. I HAVE BEEN SPREADING THE WORD TO OTHERS.

I'll be back someday. I placed an order for 8; and all 8 raved about the food. I was one of the 8. I was trying to recreate a summer food party because the former caterer is no longer available. Chicago Food On The Run filled in quite nicely. I checked a day in advance to see what food was available. It gave me plenty of meal delivery preparation time. I don't live in state mostly so it will be awhile before I get back but I've found a new favorite spot.
