Chicago Hoagie House

I’ve ordered from here twice and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I miss Taurus but this spot right here might be the replacement!!! I ordered the sweet steak sandwich with onions and hot peppers and a sweet fry. Food is always fresh and hot. The prices are affordable and the customer service is great ! Get up and go buy the sweet steak it reminds me so much of Taurus !!

Honest Review

I only went here because it's supposed to be like Home of the Hoagy.

It's similar enough that I guess I can see why people like it, but in all honesty, if I'm out south, even with the 1h+ wait, I would still go to the original.

I had the veggie hoagie and the fry with sweet sauce.

The presentation of the hoagie honestly made me not want to eat it, but it tastes ok, 6.5 of 10. The fries are ok as well, 6.5 of 10.

What I will say of all of the places that I've tried that were copies of Home of the Hoagy, ths is the best one so far.

This is my new Hoagy Shop. My food was excellent . The woman and man whom served me were great and the time was not as long as other places. Fresh and delicious. If i could give more than 5 stars I would .
