The establishment here is absolutely phenomenal! You can bring your own meat, if your a VIP member, and grill it in several different ovens. Some ovens are a lil more bigger than others but prefer to grill my meat on their more petite compact oven because it really sweat my meat well.

I like to usually work with the chefs and they show me what to do by practicing live butchering and meat stuffing tricks on spot and really allows the customer to truely grasp the concept of the different meats world wide.

Came in for some quick service and was not disappointed, will definitely come back next time in town.

Kurt special is amazing! Ask Jorge to slap his meat on grill. Great spot for meat!
