Great Job, Graham for reinterpreting the run of the mill, boring CHICKEN & WAFFLES. 👍👍 Excellent portion for price with zero filler. Salty pork belly is a contrast to sweet maple aioli. I like this crunchy Waffle Cone better than the doughy plain waffle.

No worries, CHICKEN & WAFFLE looks different but, TASTE the same.

I hate giving it three stars. I'm a huge fan of Graham Elliot. I loved GE Bistro. I wanted to love this...but the food just isn't there. It tasted good, it was fine...but nothing wow, nothing made us want more. The cocktail menu for being cocktail forward needed more depth. We only spent $140, but didn't walk away thinking we would return soon...and I hate saying that. I know Graham's genius gos far beyond this

The food at Gideon Sweet is inspired and fun. The Naschen-style dining concept is great, and provided many pleasant surprises in addition to the items we ordered from the menu. Small plates work well, and provided the opportunity to try a wide sampling of the many wonderful creations on offer. The art that adorns the space is a treat and the music playing at just the right volume was a great accompaniment to our experience.

Loved the small plates and cocktails. I can't wait to go back and try what I missed on the menu. Great place to bring someone you want to impress without breaking the bank.
