Haute Brats

If it was ok to eat bratwurst every day then I would stop by for a bite here. I did suggest to Marlon that he should think about adding beer, garlic or buffalo flavored sausages to the menu.

I had a great experience. The Chicago dog was amazing. He had a great flavor and fresh taste. The jerk sausage was also really good. The fries are also excellently seasoned and toasted. The vegan burger was also tasty. I don't live in Chicago, but I would definitely come again. The customer service was great and they were very nice. The wait was long, but it was worth the wait. The maple bacon donuts are perfection, and the cinnamon sugar is also amazing. Even as a standalone donut shop, this place could thrive. Would recommend.

Incredible experience with Haute Brats and Chef D. I called for a catering order for a corporate event and Chef D was amazing to work with and delivered it himself. He kindly set up the spread himself in our office and walked me through everything. 10/10 brats and customer service!

I called Haute Brats to inquire about placing a large catering order the day before I hosted an event. Chef D was incredibly kind and helpful and sent me a proposal that was exactly what I needed. When I mentioned that I needed to look into getting it delivered, Chef D offered to deliver it himself. He was perfectly on time and the food was delicious! We ordered an assortment of brats and they did not disappoint. I tried the vegan brat and it was amazing. And I'm saying this as someone who isn't vegan! We also ordered every type of donut and they were so good! The food was such a hit and I can't wait to order from Haute Brats again very soon. Highly recommend this south side gem, if not for the wonderful food then exceptional service.

The Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup was seasoned JUST RIGHT! Brats were juicy and good, the Loaded fries were too. Lots to choose from. Elotes/Mexican corn was so good. And the mini Donuts had me coming back for more. And this is coming from someone who doesn’t have a sweet tooth😉
