Superb place to watch and hear live blues. Very loud. Well with the drive across the city. Well worth the cover. A historic epic place to experience the real Chicago blues. Classic long blues halls. Great crowds of people from all over the world. Use both bars when it's busy.

Their meaty ribs were fantastic: slid right off the bone, and lathered in tangy sauce. The cornbread was crisp on top and moist in the center, and the french fries crunchy and seasoned. This meal was almost sinful it was so good. Props to the head chef in the kitchen, he's a funny guy and knows his bbq

If you are into blues, this is the place! Great in town talent rips the stages making you believe in true musicianship again. Please visit the grill in the back and try their jerk wings or ribs. It’s worth the cover charge and great place to take people who have personality.

This place is so great. We got into Chicago pretty late, around 11pm. Luckily Kingston Mines stays open late, even on a Tuesday. We enjoyed the live music and the wings, ribs, and fries were fantastic! Can’t wait to visit again

Great spot to travel for a night. I really liked the music and the bar ran like a well oiled machine.

Only downside: Ordering food was a little more difficult as I had a hard time hearing when my order was ready over the music. That being said, the food was delicious and definitely worth the wait.
