Parson's Chicken & Fish

Surprisingly good. We were skeptical upon seeing some bad reviews but our food was GREAT. Chicken is perfect combo of crunchy and juicy. Dipping sauces are really good (really liked the spicy mayo).

Only thing I didn't love was the ambience. Plenty of seats and space but feels a bit cold and empty.

Definitely give this place a try.

Very nice wait staff and excellent hush puppies!. We also both got the grilled chicken sandwich which has avocado and pickles and all kinds of good stuff which was quite delicious. I will definitely be back.

Oh man, those hush puppies, kind of wish I didn't know they existed because now I want them again. So delicious!

Been to two locations including this one (on more than a few occasions) and the food is pretty consistent, meaning that while the chicken is not the best, even though locally sourced, you can count on it being the same every time. I find that the crunch is superb but that the flavor is slightly bitter due to the time that is fried, resulting in a “past golden brown” color. Not a terrible characteristic, but not desirable one either. Hush puppies are flavorful. Steer clear of the Mac n Cheese unless a charred, breaded and dry top are your thing. Fish is dependable. Great place to hang outside with your dog and they are extremely dog friendly.
