I wanted some Gumbo so I decided to try Queen K's Gumbo. I ordered through GrubHub and a short while later I received a call from a Delightful young lady named Gabby. Gabby explained that they had ran out of Gumbo about 20 minutes ago and they were making a new pot that wouldn't be done until about 8 and that if I still wanted Gumbo she would call me as soon as it's done so that I can reorder. Well, let me tell you it was definitely worth the wait . I overly enjoyed it. It's not spicy so I added cayenne pepper. Every bite was amazing. 👍👍👍👍👍

Loved the food here! Homemade and very flavorful. I had the jumbo wing dinner with a piece of sweet potato pie for dessert. The pie was really good too. I'll be going back!

Wow! Food was delicious, I tried the chicken dinner with collards and mac and cheese everything was perfectly prepared the collards had nice chunks of meat throughout and were not salty/ chicken was seasoned well and juicy / mac and cheese had a nice texture and the corn bread had a authentic corn meal texture without being too grainy or sweet . I also tried the tofu/veggie bowl, (been trying to be healthier and eat a more balanced diet)it was a very tasty and will definitely be a staple. Lastly I wanted some dessert they all looked great but i opted for two, the strawberry cream cake 😍 and the chocolate heath bar cream cake. I definitely treated myself and enjoyed every single bite
