Sam’s Chicken & Ribs-Edgewater

I find myself craving Sam's constantly.... Especially their BBQ sauce and their Indian food menu. A+, you should definitely give it a try. The price is for also good local joint, and it's kind of like, if I want gyros I know where to go, if I want spicy I know where to go.

The gyro meat is really high quality and the portions are generous. The lamb biryani is so tender that you can cut it with a spoon. The ribs are amazing. The people who run it are really friendly. This place is on my top 5 recommendations for anyone visiting Chicago!

Since they renovated, it's so much better. I hadn't been in years because it was icky all around, but it's roomier and the Indian guy that cooked the food was great. We had the hamburger and Italian beef -- good food for really cheap instead of the oh-so-pretentious BS places that charge so much for "ambience."

A late night staple in Edgewater! Its a reasonably priced, made to order restaurant with an extensive menu! It's small, but there's tables to eat at. It's a perfect place to go late at night when everything else in the neighborhood is closed. Definitely worth checking out when you need a late night fix!

Love the cheese fries. Bacon burger is really good. Fast service. Good prices.
