Soul Vegan

I haven't eaten at this restaurant directly, however I notice they offer prepped meals to go at a new Pete's Market in the South Suburban area. I am not vegan or even vegetarian, but I can't help but notice their food neatly packaged at the grocery store. I finally decided to try an entree plate. It was greens, lasagna, and roast. Wow!!! I was surprised at how flavorful everything was, it all even tasted way better than Pete's hot food bar serving the same thing! I also like that I was full but still felt light after eating This also helped me to see how sluggish meat makes my body feel.I will make a trip to the restaurant asap.

I am not vegan but I buy their take out meals from Whole Foods for lunch. Absolutely love them! Lasagna or Mac n Cheese are the best.

Absolutely amazing food. We loved is so much we had them cater for our wedding. The food even impressed our non-vegetarian friends. The Vegan Spinach Quiche was absolutely amazing and possibly the best dish we’ve tried

Amazing food in a fantastic setting. I love, love, love LOVE this place! The only minus is their waiting times. 70 min on a Wed. night (!?). - You CAN have a glass of prosecutor at Nostril Spaghetti at Valencia st while waiting though.. just sayin'..
