Starbucks

I love this Starbucks! Every single time my order is on point!!! Matt - the store manager - goes out of his way every time to make sure I am in and out in minutes. He calls me by name and really makes me feel like I am a valued customer. I recently moved to Chicago from Seattle and the customer service here at this particular Starbucks rivals that of the legendary Pacific Northwest Starbucks service that I know and expect. Matt is why I continue to frequent Starbucks. Get your coffee here if you want smiles and sparkles with your order!

This location is pick up only if you order in the app, which is awesome totally great, but I didn’t love the customer experience of being yelled at that I had to leave and order in the app as soon as I walked in the door

I work early mornings and this new Starbucks has SAVED. MY. LIFE. when running late. Being able to order ahead and get in and out when in a rush is such a breeze, but also having the option to order with the baristas is lovely as well. Thanks wrigleyville team! :)

Great concept! Saved me time on my way to work! Staff is super friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I arrived but saw staff ringing up customers who didn't have the app or who were new to the concept.
