Starbucks

There was a lot of speculation with this location as to whether or not it would succeed dealt the already congested harlem Ave and busy intersection at harlem and addison. After being in this location multiple times , I can say this location works very very well. It's not too crowded , the traffic isn't a nightmare and the staff is top notch. This is the epitome of how a neighborhood starbucks should be ran. It fits this area like a glove and is a treat to all the locals that frequent this location regularly like myself. Keep up the good work and thanks to the exceptional staff that run this establishment. 👍

I've been going a lot recently, and staff has continuously went above and beyond. The Staff is always really nice, and fast to make the drinks. Glad we have a starbucks in our neighborhood.

I have been coming here since it’s near my job and it’s very clean and nice. I always bring my two daughters with me on the weekends and Lina is always super nice to my kids! She always greets us and the other staff with a bright smile on her face, she always recommends me and my kids new drinks to try. My daughters love her!

I've been here a few times since this location opened since its pretty close to where I work. Usually service is usually great. The taller girl who always wears a bandana is wonderful. The guy with the skinny jeans and mustache is fantastic! Today though 6/11 all new faces and very rude. Acted like they didn't wanna be there. Ignoring customers and giggling with eachother. The drinks were absolutely awful. Stood for almost 10 minutes at both ends if the counter to try and get their attention and twice was looked at and ignored so I just grabbed my stuff and left. So far this place is great but the staff this Sunday needs some more customer service training. The only one who seemed to not be in a bad mood was the sweet girl working the drive thru
